Who is responsible
This website is the professional website of Dr. Harshvardhan Atreya, Lucknow, and is maintained on his behalf by Mash Media. Questions about personal data can be sent through the contact page.
What we collect
Appointment requests. The form asks for your name, mobile number, city, the reason for the request (a short list), an optional preferred day and an optional note. We ask you not to include reports, diagnoses or other medical details in the note. The form is protected against automated abuse (a hidden field and, when enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile check); your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not stored by us.
What happens to a request. The details are sent by email to the practice coordinator and to Mash Media's appointment inbox so that the coordinator can call you back. The website itself does not store requests in a database. Emails are kept in those mailboxes only for as long as needed to arrange and follow up your appointment. You can ask for your request to be deleted at any time (see Your choices).
Calls and WhatsApp. If you call or message the number shown, that conversation is handled by the practice coordinator on the practice's phone; it is not routed through this website.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store medical reports, diagnoses, payment details or identity documents through this website. We do not sell or share your details with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself sets no cookies.
Website analytics have not been enabled on this version of the site; if analytics are added before launch, this section will describe what is collected and no personal details from the appointment form will ever be sent to analytics.
Embedded videos
Videos from Dr Atreya's YouTube channel load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) player. Once you play a video, YouTube (Google) may process data under its own privacy policy.
Hosting
The site's hosting provider may process standard connection logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site.
Your choices
You can ask what details we hold about your appointment request and ask for them to be deleted, using the contact page. Requests are handled by the practice coordinator.

This policy is updated whenever the way the site handles data changes; the date of the last review is shown on this page.
