How booking works

  1. Send a request with your name and number (or call / WhatsApp the coordinator).
  2. The coordinator calls you back to agree a date and time. Until then it is a request, not a booking.
  3. On the day, report where the coordinator tells you and bring the documents below.

Documents to bring

  • Biopsy / histopathology report, including any receptor or molecular test results.
  • All scans (CT, MRI, PET-CT, ultrasound, mammogram) as images — disc or link — with their written reports.
  • Blood tests, discharge summaries, and the exact names and dates of any treatment already given.
  • A list of your current medicines and other illnesses. Bring a family member if you can.

What to expect at your first consultation

Before you come. When you request an appointment, the coordinator calls you back to arrange a slot and tells you where to report at the hospital. Bring the reports listed below; you do not need to send them in advance.

At the consultation. Expect a detailed history, an examination, and a careful read of your reports — this takes time, and it is normal for a first visit to be longer than a follow-up. Bring a family member if you can. Write down your questions beforehand; the ones patients most often wish they had asked are about the goal of treatment, the alternatives, and what happens if the plan does not work.

What to bring. The biopsy/histopathology report (with any receptor or molecular results), all scans as images with their written reports, blood tests, discharge summaries, the names and dates of any treatment already given, and a list of your current medicines and other illnesses.

After the consultation. You will leave with a written summary of the assessment and the proposed next steps. Where further tests are needed before a decision, they are arranged before treatment starts, not after.
