Emergencies
This website and its appointment form are not monitored for emergencies. If you have a fever during chemotherapy, severe breathlessness, chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, a seizure, or any symptom you believe is an emergency, go to the nearest emergency department or call your treating hospital immediately.
Appointment requests
Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A consultation is confirmed only when the coordinator has spoken to you and agreed a slot.
